Who we are

LETS TRAVEL is an independent online ticket service built around a single attraction: Shibuya Sky, the open-air rooftop on top of Shibuya Scramble Square in Tokyo. Nothing else. We would rather know one experience deeply than sell a thousand of them badly.

We are not the operator of Shibuya Sky. We are not Shibuya Scramble Square, Tokyu Corporation or any of their subsidiaries. We are a reseller of dated entry tickets, and we say so on every page of this site.

What we actually do

• Sell timed entry. You pick a date and a slot; we issue the e-ticket with the QR code you show at the Sky Gate.
• Explain the difference. Standard, sunset and VIP fast-track are genuinely different products — the page tells you what each one gets you.
• Keep the checkout short. Three steps, no upsells, no bundles you did not ask for.
• Encrypt before transmit. Your card is sealed inside your own browser with RSA-OAEP-256 + AES-256-GCM. The raw number never reaches our servers.
• Answer in plain language. Cancellation, weather closures and child rules are written out before you pay, not after.

How we make money

We buy allocation in advance and resell it with a margin. The price you see is the price you pay — we do not add a service fee at the last step. Read the full disclosure.
